Third Party Cerberus\SFTP password reset
This guide is for how third parties are able to reset their Cerberus password:
Prerequisite for ITOps:
Ensure the following details are present on the user's profile in Cerberus:
- Username
- Email
- First and Last Name
Prerequisite for the third parties:
- Must complete the security questions after logging in (Once you login the ARAG SFTP portal, you can find the security question via Account > Security Question)

RESET Cerberus\SFTP Password:
Select Forgot Password

Fill out the form that appears and submit it.

- If the above details are correct, an email will be sent to you with further instructions.

- Click the reset password link in the email:

- You will be prompted to answer the security question you previously set up

Note: If you cannot answer the security question, you will not be able to reset your password through the portal. In this case, please contact your ARAG internal contact, who will raise a support ticket on your behalf. Once your password is reset by ARAG Support, make sure to update your security questions to enable future self-service resets
- Finally, you will be prompted to choose a new password, Please ensure it meets the password requirements, then select Change Password.
